Returns & Delivery Policy
We hope you love what you ordered, but if not and you wish to return a product, please contact [email protected], including your order number and product details.
To complete your return, your item must be returned within 10 days of delivery, unopened and in the same condition as it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
All orders are delivered via Royal Mail tracked delivery. Once payment has been processed we aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days.
Shipping is free if you order products costing £30 or more.
There’s a flat rate of £4.00 on all other deliveries.
Royal Mail will be responsible for delivering all packages. This means that we can’t take responsibility for any delays on their end. We will do our very best to make you aware of any delays and to let you know what you can expect should a situation arise.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver outside the United Kingdom.
